Model VGN-FW31J A Dell purchased in the USA worked in Greece with just a plug adaptor, but no where in the Sony on line manual does it state that this is also true with this model.

just read what it say on the back side of your power supply , if it say 100 - 230 V or 120 - 240 Volts it will work with no problems all over the world good luck
